Vacation: Day Eleven, Travel day

On Wednesday we traveled from Harrisburg, PA to Washington D.C.  Kayla was not feeling very well so we took it easy that day.  Along the way though we saw this military public park and museum so we stopped to take a stretch there. Of course, David had fun seeing all these.

This is an Atlantic Wall, German Tank Box.

Next a Vietnam Fire Support Base.

105 Howitzer

Vietnam Fire Support, ammo supply station.

Frontier Block House.

Anti-aircraft armored vehicle.

Entrance to the German Pill Box.

Underground tunnels.

Sargent York WWI trenches.

These descriptions are David’s.  I have no idea what any of these are.  They had fun exploring it all.

Drove 120 miles.
